1. Orders & Confirmation
Orders are confirmed once we acknowledge your WhatsApp message and share an estimated delivery time.
2. Pricing
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Final total will be shared before dispatch.
3. Payments
UPI, cards, and COD (where supported). For bulk/event orders, an advance may be required.
4. Delivery
We operate a cold chain. Delays due to traffic or weather will be communicated. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
5. Storage
Store at -18°C. Avoid repeated thawing/refreezing to maintain quality.
6. Allergens
Products may contain dairy, nuts, soy, or gluten traces. Check ingredient notes per flavor.
7. Changes & Cancellations
For retail orders, request changes before dispatch. Event orders follow agreed timelines and advances.
