1. About Barmilko & Our Products

Barmilko is a premium handcrafted ice cream brand based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We make thirty-three flavours in small batches, including classics such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry and Butterscotch, as well as signature creations like Paan Nawaabi, Shahi Gulab, Barmilko's Chappan Bhog, Kesar Kulfi and Afghan Dry Fruits. Our product range includes single-serve scoops, cones, cups and ice bars, along with family packs (small bricks of 750 ml) and party packs (large bricks of 3.5 litres) intended for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and festivals. Every product is manufactured in compliance with FSSAI regulations under license number 22724104000312 by Prakash Enterprises, and is delivered through a strict cold chain so that it reaches you at the right temperature and texture.

2. Placement of Orders

Orders are placed primarily through our WhatsApp ordering channel, contact details shared on our Contact page, or the enquiry forms available on this website. When you send us your order request, it is not yet confirmed. An order is considered confirmed only after our team acknowledges your request, verifies the availability of your selected flavours and pack sizes, and shares an estimated delivery window along with the final payable amount. Please double-check the flavour names, pack sizes and your complete delivery address before confirmation, as corrections after dispatch cannot always be accommodated for frozen products.

For event and bulk requirements, a separate booking and quotation process applies. Bulk orders for weddings, celebrations and corporate gatherings may require an advance and a mutually agreed delivery schedule, which our events team will confirm with you in writing on WhatsApp or email.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on this website or shared on WhatsApp are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed to you at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Our team will always share the final payable total, including any delivery or packaging charges, before you make payment. We accept payments through UPI, debit and credit cards, and Cash on Delivery in supported locations. For bulk and event orders, a non-refundable advance may be required to reserve your slot and raw materials.

4. Delivery & Cold Chain

Barmilko delivers ice cream across Lucknow using insulated transport to maintain the cold chain from our freezer to your doorstep. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, festivals or unforeseen circumstances. We will always communicate any delay and keep you informed. As ice cream is temperature-sensitive, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order promptly. Once an order is handed over at the stated address, it must be transferred to a freezer at -18 °C immediately. Barmilko is not responsible for deterioration if the product is left at the doorstep or kept outside a freezer for an extended period after successful handover.

5. Storage & Handling Instructions

To preserve the taste and texture of our ice creams, store all products at a temperature of -18 °C or lower. Avoid repeated thawing and re-freezing, as this can affect the creaminess, cause ice crystal formation and compromise the quality of the product. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within a reasonable time. Our bricks are sealed for freshness; please ensure the seal is intact upon receipt and refrigerate immediately after opening.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

Ice cream is a dairy-based product and may contain milk and milk solids. Several of our flavours also contain nuts such as almonds, pistachios, cashews and raisins, and some may contain traces of soy or gluten due to shared production equipment or added ingredients like cookies, brownies and cake crumbs. While we maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you or any recipient has a food allergy or intolerance, please inform our team before placing your order and check the ingredient notes for each flavour. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of products containing or contaminated with allergens.

7. Changes & Cancellations

For retail orders, you may request changes or cancellations before your order is dispatched. Once the order has left our facility for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or modified owing to the temperature-sensitive nature of ice cream. Event and bulk orders follow separate timelines and advance terms agreed at the time of booking. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Event & Bulk Orders

Barmilko offers tailored ice cream menus, tasting sessions and on-site support for weddings, parties and corporate events. Event orders are confirmed only after a written quotation is shared and accepted, and may require an advance payment. Quantities, flavours and delivery schedules for events must be locked in advance to allow sufficient production time. Any changes after the agreed date are subject to feasibility and availability. The refrigeration and serving arrangements at the venue are the responsibility of the customer unless on-site support has been explicitly arranged with our team.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Barmilko name, logo, product names, flavour descriptions, photographs and design elements, is the property of Barmilko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our brand assets for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. The website content is provided for the purpose of ordering Barmilko products and understanding our brand, and nothing herein grants you any licence or right to use our intellectual property.

10. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barmilko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for that order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Updates to These Terms

Barmilko reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be reflected above. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
